This company seems to not care at all that has people driving their trucks without a CDL. What a great company.

I am just waiting for this lady to hit one of my cars to be able to sue them with everything I can possibly can.

She is not even legal here in the USA. But CRST don't care at all.

This person lives close to me and the driver let's his wife drive the truck without a CDL on public streets and she shows off on tik tok and instagram. If you want to see it in case it was on may 27th 2023, here you go. Roseline_duran1478. That lady even mentioned that she loves driving all the 48 states. Why does CRST allows this to happen?! Imagine how many people are now driving for this company picking up freight without CDL. Be cautious with this company.

Preferred solution: I would like this person to stop driving illegally on public roads and fine the driver that is allowing this to happen.

When I landed from my flight for training Ive been trying to contact someone pertaining pickup for my arrival no one picked me up or called. Training barely talked to me until it was last minute never talked to my drive manager until I stated I wanted to quit.

I did real good with them when I leased my own truck to them for four years. When I lease purchased I stayed in the hole constantly. They charge for everything. If you own a truck you can do good. If not stay away from the lease purchase program. Its a rip off.

this company is so shady! my dad purchased a vintage bike from Michigan to Oklahoma. well upon arrival they start unloading another bike, my dad purchased a vintage Harley. They messed up the vin number??? how??? it is on the bike??? so someone stole this bike. they can't seem to find it, their response was "too bad you didn't take videos or photos" well sorry sorry company, the seller did take photos of videos. I am mind blown. now I am calling and of course no one picks up the phone. do not use!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry had

Truck Number M1794 stay away from this driver. He literally ran is off the road on the New Jersey Turnpike. This black dude that looks like an illegal Jamaican then flipped us off in front of my children. He put us all at a really bad accident. We called the New Jersey Police to report this driver.

I worked for them for a while. Long story short they put me in a lemon. Truck radiator was shot broke down in Denver while under a load (5th time it broke down in 3 months). It took them 3 weeks to get me in a working truck. Took my load to Cali. The day I delivered they terminated my Contract after getting the trailer in thier yard. Supposedly for poor customer servive (due to being 3 weeks late on delivery). I was informed if i went home while waiting for a different truck they would consider the load abandon so racked up hotel and food bill. I was also not allowed on the property to retrieve my equipment, they did not buy my equipment ($5,000) worth, and have on my credit report I owe them $4500. In the sparse times the truck was running I made some money, but I found my own loads from some brokers not on thier boards. Sorry for the ones saying if you dont make money its ypur own fault. Most of the time I would agree with that, except the truck does have to be in a driveable condition.

This is a great company to work for. I've been with CRST Malone since November of 2015 and even though I was EXTREMELY skeptical about coming on with because of the some of the reviews, I just went for it and honestly I'm glad I did. My recruiter Terrell helped me out a ton with getting me through orientation smooth and he was very truthful about everything. I'm doing great over here. He told me I could give out his number just in case anyone needed help with getting a job or just pulling flatbed in general to give him a call. His number is 205-289-****. Check it out.

I have been with CRST Malone for 6 months now and doing pretty good. I have been home every week for at least two days. In order to make it here you have to put in the effort. Driver managers are not good and do nothing for you. There is a couple good drive managers but most are not. Do not depend on them. I make probably 50+ call a week and look at external load board hourly. As soon as you pick one load up start looking for your next load DONT WAIT. Call every agent and look on load boards. It is tough to make it but can be done and you have to fight for it. Starting a business is not easy.

anagement at this company is *** and the real reason this company is terrible, they tell you one thing and do the total opposite all they care about is trying to get into your pockets and how you run a trucking company where you can't reach anybody after 5pm, that's the dumbest *** ever...15 cents per mile they charge you on maintenance that you have no control of is a joke, you have to get approvels on money you put in and you don't get to keep the money... Overhead at this company is to high, that's how they keep you on the road... They freight pays ok, I will say that but there expenses are to high for these *** ##*crst expedite trucks they try to lease you, you have to bring own your own truck but when you do bring it own they will always find something wrong with your tractor every time for you to spend money.. They get mad when you try to get out the truck and then you can see the managements true colors.... Everyone from my orientation has quit and all said the same thing so that should tell you something.... I'm just putting this out here so people can know before you even think to come to this sorry ##* company and they have a real bad CSA score so you always have to come into the scale with the possibility of always getting a dot inspection done and risking points on your record.... I'm on my way home now to quit and go to the lot and buy my own truck

Driver sideswiped me and lied to insurance company

A driver for CRST Malone moved into my lane on I-75 and his front wheel lug nuts dug into my driver side doors causing $2,600 of damage. He stopped and was all apologetic, saying I was in his blind spot, and he would pay out of pocket.

I'm a trusting guy, so said fine, and got his info. When I called with an estimate a few days later, he said that was more than h thought, and he'd talk to his wife. I called 5 times after that and he never answered. I texted him and he said he already turned in a claim saying it was my fault.

CBCS, who handles their claims (and is paid by them), took both our statements (and not my passenger's) and "decided" their client was not at fault. According to him, I tried to move into his lane, even though there was a semi engine roaring just a few feet from my head.

So now I have to use my insurance and pay $500 to repair the damage he did to my car.
