I've been using Pacifico for a number of years. Service is consistent, even if the wait for your car at the airport is a little long sometimes. Drivers are usually courteous and friendly, although this time the driver who dropped my car off to me the airport was a bit rude, he didn't even open the trunk for me to put my luggage in. His loss, I cut his tip in half.
What I like most about Pacifico is that they bring your car to the airport and you just sign the credit card slip and drive off, no going back to their location and wasting all that time.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 29, 2017

My review has now gone down to a 1 star, and I wish that I could give them 0 stars. After a really suck out flight with American Airlines (check for a future review on those losers), we called to be picked up by Pacifico..
After three phonecalls, with the last call telling the dispatcher that picked up the phone "that I was freezing my -all's off, standing out at American pick up "B" (he said all the dispatches went out. Where was our driver...? Did he stop at WaWa first...? I
We were finally picked up after waiting for 25 minutes, I repeat. 25 MINUTES...!!!
Pacifico is located less than three (3) miles away from the airport
When I went in to pay, I informed the manager (the lady in the small room far left) what transpired, and that I have been using Pacifico for over 30 years, and that they were losing a very good customer, this is what she said;... NOTHING, that's right NOTHING,... no apology,... no I will look into it,... no I will do right by you,... NOTHING... It shows how they value, and treat A loyal customer...!
It will be the last dollar they get from me, I will tell all my friends, and business associates to look elsewhere for this type of service...

It's the luck of the draw with this valet service. Either you get a congenial courteous driver that makes your ALWAYS stressful sojourn into or from the wild blue yonder a liitle more bearable, or a closed mouth, almost unpleasant worker that you know hates their job that barely helps you with your luggage. Flip a coin..Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 30, 2019
Close to the airport and very easy parking. They drop you off in your own car and if you select the Sign-and-Go option they will pick you up on arrival in your car and away you go, leaving the driver to find a ride back to the facility. The price is unbeatable ($90 for 6 days plus Sign-and-Go). Staff is very friendly and on the ball!

I've used these guys dozens of times and recommended them over and over.
It's ashame that they have a management level employee who is able to ruin my loyalty all in the matter of one minute.
Upon picking up my car I asked if we could plug in my wife's electric car for a few mins as she wasn't going to make it home, and I had a 1 and 3 year old in the back. Despite the fact that neither visible chargers were in use, the manager refused. I pleaded. Nothing. No courtesy. No attempt to help me out. No care. All from behind glass in his office.
Then I find out the service on my car had not been completed. This is the sole reason I parked here this trip. No notice. No phone call. No apology.
I had to ask the manager (Quill?) to come out to speak with me, which seemed like a real nuisance for him. Once he did come out, he pulled his mask DOWN to speak with me. I had to ask him several times to pull his mask up. His service and courtesy were some of the worst I've seen. I explained since I didn't have my car service, again my only reason for being there, I didn't want to pay. He basically tossed my keys at me and told me I could leave.
I had my kids and wife take my car home while I drove around looking for somewhere to charge the car. Came within 2 miles of being deserted.
I believe that sometimes people have a bad day, though I do expect them to put their best foot forward in customer service roles at all times. I also believe in wowing customers and going above and beyond. Allowing me to charge for a few mins isn't even above and beyond. I even would have paid for it!
Instead, this manager decided he didn't want me as a customer.
Good riddance. Having a team that has this level of care shows why pacifico only has 2.5 stars. Isn't airport parking extremely competitive? Shouldn't you offer high quality service?
I don't have a second choice for airport parking. And I really liked that they could service my car while I was away. But since that isn't even guaranteed anymore, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I recommend you do as well.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Rebecca B.Bucks County, PA1112145Dec 31, 2019
I've used this service 3 times and was very please each time. The best part is using the extra service of when picked up at the airport upon return to just leave directly from there without driving back to the center. It's so worth the little bit extra!! All the drivers I have encountered were very pleasant and the woman that checks you in was terrific. She even reminded me of the discount which I almost forgot to show on my phone!

My family has been using Pacifico for at least the past twenty five years. Never have had a complaint. Reliable, fast service, on time and I love the extra feature of paying a bit more and you can leave in your car from the airport. Won't use anyone else.

Drivers were nice, convenient, price was fair, but beware if you want your car dropped off at terminal for you to just drive home upon arrival it's an extra $14 which is not advertised anywhere

Lately, it seems every time I use Pacifico Valet, I find myself waiting on the airport island with my luggage, tapping my foot and becoming increasingly aggravated as time ticks by. 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 25 minutes...
It wasn't always this way. When I first started using Pacifico, I would be swiftly dropped off at the airport in my own comfy car, and after I returned and retrieved my luggage, I'd give a call over and be picked up in ten minutes flat, maybe a couple minutes more during peak times. Easy peasy.
At 6:30 am this morning I stood in the freezing cold, waiting to be picked up, as snow flakes danced around me. The airport was dead. There was no way I would have to wait long. But after 25 minutes of waiting for my pick-up, I finally had to pop the collar on my wool coat for warmth. Yep, I was that cold. The driver blamed my icy windows for the delay. In fairness, my defrosters have been finicky so perhaps the windshield took longer to clear. However, why bother giving flight information at all if my car wasn't going to be prepared in advance?
On another trip last summer, I was returning from Mexico and had a bad case of traveler's flu. If you have ever been sick in this way, I don't have to tell you: every minute counts. Unfortunately, my crew and I were left waiting and waiting for my car to finally round the bend and come into sight.
I don't want to wait anymore. What's the point of using this service and giving flight times and all the rest when I end up being the last girl standing at the carpool lane?
Pacifico isn't a bad option; I have always been treated nicely and have gotten to the airport quickly, but providing a swift getaway after a long flight doesn't seem to be a priority anymore. For me, that's a deal breaker.Helpful 14Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Thomas O.Monroeville, Monroeville, NJ01Sep 2, 2019
worst customer service experience in years. Driver totaled my vehicle, and left it unattended for it to be "Stolen" from the accident scene. My insurance had to respond (less my deductible), took 3 weeks to get vehicle back from lot, and all my personal belongings gone from car.
Company has been non responsive. Many other airport parking options.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Connie R.Folsom, PA01Nov 17, 2020
Fast friendly service. Drivers are always very helpful. Would highly recommend the one way service, makes going home after a long flight very convenient.
