About the Business
The Fast Park family of off-site airport parking companies, with 16 facilities in 14 markets, began in the early 80's, when parent company Parking Company of America, acquired land adjacent to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The purpose was to give business travelers an alternative to airport parking that was less expensive and quick. Today the goal remains the same and that has made Fast Park one of the largest airport parking owners in the United States. With facilities located in Albuquerque, Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Houston Intercontinental, Houston Hobby, Indianapolis, Memphis, Milwaukee, Orlando, Raleigh and Tucson, our operations are run under brand names Airport Fast Park, Fast Park & Relax, Fast Park 2 and Park Place Airport Parking. I am only reviewing this business as a place to see longhorn cattle while in the Austin area. I didn't park my car or use any of business's services.
My friends and I wanted to capture some photos of the famous Texas Longhorns. The University of Texas, located in Austin has the animal even as it's school mascot. This airport parking location has a herd of longhorns in a field across from it. The field is right in the same cul-de-sac the FastPark entrance. This was my first time using a service like this in Austin, in attempt to save some money since I live far from the airport. The online process was easy and the cost they estimated online was spot on ($47 for 3 days). As soon as I arrived the shuttle was there, both going to and from the airport. No lines or waiting. When I arrived back to the lot, my car was unharmed. The drivers were very friendly and accommodating. I probably saved $30 bucks choosing this option over typical rideshare. Not bad. Good experience!

I've been parking at FastPark for years and I've always appreciated their service, low costs, and safe place to park my car. I've never felt the need to write a review until tonight, when Alfred (Assistant Mgr) came to my rescue. My Tesla ran out of juice while parked in the lot and I needed to have it towed to my home while I was still traveling. Alfred did everything he could remotely (personally texting me, keying in my credit card details over the phone while using a dolly to make the sensor recognize him *as a car*, letting me know when the tow truck arrived, etc) to make this not only possible, but easy. It was premium service, all thanks to Alfred. Thank you Alfred!!

This is the first time I parked here--normally I park at a competitor but the prices were cheaper here this particular weekend. It's very close to the airport, and also easy to access from the highway.
I booked online ahead of time and upon arrival, scanned the QR code and the staff member told me which row to park in. However, there wasn't a single empty parking spot in that row so I had to drive all the way down and then loop around to the next row. I was worried the bus wouldn't pick me up from this other row since they didn't know anyone had parked in that row, so once I parked I cut across to the original row to pick up the bus. The driver was efficient and friendly, helping me with my bag and noting which parking spot I was in.
When I returned to Austin, I hopped on the shuttle that was already waiting at Arrivals, and drove back to the lot where the driver dropped each of us off directly to our cars. The best experience of a parking service. Friendly driver, hassle free, bus service was so organized and easy to use. I have always avoided off-airport parking for the above reasons - now I will just use these guys - they do it right.

I've been parking at FastPark for years. It's always provided an easy, cost-effective, and safe place for my car when I fly out of town with friendly and helpful shuttle drivers. However, I must commend them for their incredible customer service during my last visit earlier this month.
I had an incident shortly before arrival and informed the person at the gate (sorry, I didn't get her name, but she was great), asking for a parking spot close to the front. She easily accommodated my request. Then when I had someone come to pick up my car in my absence, Adam the manager of the facility, was understanding, helpful, and oversaw the process.

Have been using this service for a while and have never had anything to complain about, but today we had an experience worth mentioning. Our driver Joe Angel had an amazing attitude and made us feel at home the second we stepped on his bus!

I have read the response of the manager for my review of his business.
First, he states he has video of his lot for your car's protection. That maybe true for some areas, but not all areas. I was told they had no video cameras in the parking lot where they directed me to park.
Second, I was told they knew the night that multiple cars were broken into and where the criminals cut the fence to enter the parking area. Would sure have appreciated the manager to care enough to safe guard my truck from the elements until I returned. I consider that negligent in the care of my property.

Kendall, I'm very sorry to hear about your experience while parked. We certainly do our very best to curb this activity with 24 hour staffing, video, consistent patrolling after hours and security enclosed fencing throughout.
With that said, parking lots such as FastPark are a "park at your own risk" facility. If we are negligent or directly responsible for any damage to vehicles, property, person, we will of course assume liability. But when someone else takes it upon themselves to commit a crime on our property, we do not assume liability for those actions. We will always cooperate fully with any investigation and/or apprehension of those people responsible.Jul 6, 2022Previous reviewMy truck was broken into, drivers window smashed. Truck was ransacked, and items stolen. The act happen the first night of a four night stay, I was told. The manager did not secure my truck for the remainder of my stay, it rained inside my truck while I was on the trip. They do not have cameras in the lot that I parked in, several automobiles were broken into that night. When you consider they take no responsibility for the crime that happen under their watch.
Keep that in mind the next time you need off airport parking at ABIA.
