      Craig M.(in Orlando) the "Pest Specialist" is a scam artist!
      He will tell you you have rats in the attic after he has inspected it and left droppings up there himself to show you. He says you have to sign a one year contract today and can not get a written quote from him.

      I don't know why Yelp is reporting this place closed. That can't be good for business. My experience is that I called about an unidentified pest. John, my service man, called me back immediately and set a time to come and assess. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.

      When you wake up in the dead of night to hear, what sounds like Godzilla above your room, panic can set in.

      So light of day, I set about finding someone to rid me of "it". Neighbors suggested TruTech.

      Same day service. Apparently there was "squirrel" evidence in my attics. It took a few trips to catch 3 evil vermin but now my room is quiet like a nursery again.

      My service guy is super nice. He closed up a hole that the creature created & comes monthly to spray & check for evidence of anything else creepy or crawly.

      I do believe they are a bit pricy - but somethings are just worth paying a bit more for. Like a life without creepy crawlys!

      we've never encounter snakes before so we kinda of ...I would say had a "panic" and the fact that we have toddlers ; we didn't know how to handle this situation at the time...

      The trutech Guy didn't do much but throw the baby snake in the back of the company car, walk around the house to point out where snakes might enter the home, inform you on how to keep snakes away ect. Just anything you could've find on google yourself.

      Honestly We expected the company to help move things, boxes, furniture, etc . anything in our garage where the snake was found , or at least act like his searching ! I imagined a wildlife spirit employee to be in a hunt for the mama snake and other babies but it felt more like a walk through lol nothing but a waste of money.


      You should always do your research, Google, find reviews (not the official service websites reviews, it's hard to believe people actually recommend this company)

      but do whatever else you need or want to know that'll prevent you from calling any wildlife services, it'll help you save money!!!


      We complaint about having to pay the amount but we had to pay $300 and some change anyway and move on . Yes, that was money we really needed. But oh well now, lesson learned.

      If you're on a budget or know you can't be spending hundreds for a 2 hour max or so service, do not call trutech!! Terrible experience for us.


      TIP: Just kill the snake and throw it FAR away!!!

      (We can only hope there's no mama or little brothers and sisters)

      This could've been the easiest and cheapest solution to our situation. Plus it takes less than 5min of your time. oh , and it's FREE!! :)

      10 bills asking for payment, yet no services were rendered by me. Technician came out on Monday 11/12/18 to assess what needed to be done to block out rodents- attic odor neutralizer and block up holes was the solution suggested. Technician was a no show on Wednesday 11/14/18 and so I called and cancelled the job that same day. Since day of cancellation, I have received 9 bills from them asking for payment. I made 6 calls and 1 email. Matthew from Truetech finally answers email on 2/19/19 and apologizes for the situation and he states he will remove my account. As of Friday 3/8/19 I have received another bill asking for payment. NO SERVICES RENDERED, NO PAYMENT FROM ME folks. Harassment in paper form is what is happening.

      They've failed to come by my house for two months. I've called their home office twice about this in the past week. Neither the district manager nor the regional manager has returned my call.

      The concept is good but the follow through is just bad.

      Trutech charged me $700 to "fill holes" around my home to prevent mice from entering the house. I then paid an additional $60 for monthly pest control maintenance. For at least two years I maintained that service, paid on time and had no issues. However, my bank card was stolen and ONE PAYMENT did not go through. Trutech didn't notify me, didn't call. They cut my service and refused to just let me pay that one month payment.

      The other issue I have is that I paid so much money to fill holes but still needed the monthly service. If the company is blocking mice from coming in, why is the monthly service needed? Why did I need to pay for traps inside the house for two years? A waste of money and a company that doesn't care about loyal customers.

      They have you over a barrel, when there are animals (in my case roof rats) in your attic you want them gone. I started this process at the end of 2016, Stephen came out and very expensively sealed the front and back of my house (townhouse). He tried to patch the hole they chewed in the corner ceiling of my bedroom but has yet to finish that (it's now June). What he did inside was sloppy and unprofessional. Tim then took over and put bait stations around my house and old fashioned snap traps in my attic. Supposedly they have retrieved two roof rats, but you never see them, they go up in the attic and they come down with something in a cooler type device. They will auto deduct from your last card used so beware! After I noticed $150 charge to my card they informed me on the Friday before Memorial Day that I had not paid for the bi monthly. I have paperwork showing a March payment but they have none. They did NOT try to call me or email me or anything to let me know I was behind, they just took the money from my account and are telling me I was delinquent. I now am dealing with fees for being overdrawn from their auto deduct. I would never have signed up if I had known it had to be auto pay, I hate that! Now I'm stuck with bi monthly that they will take for the rest of the year. I am not happy and they could care less.

      This company is very expensive and I can't say they've done anything I couldn't do. Their lack of customer service is frustrating and I want out of my contract. Too bad for me.

      Not renewing contract. I can't count the number of times I have taken off from work to go meet them and they are a no-show. I wished I had seen these reviews earlier.
