So after BMW reached out to me about purchasing my 2015 328i with 61K miles on it, I decided to see what they would offer to buy my car for. They seemed really enthusiastic about buying it, and saying how mint the condition of the car is in and how clean it looks. The person I originally talked to was super nice and showed me a couple cars while I waited. I had both keys, and service records this car was only serviced there too. They say the offer is read and the manager say I'll tell him the offer. The manager goes to list a bunch of excuses that the brakes and tires are worn when I got it serviced for brakes in January 2024, and have only out 1450 miles it on since then, and rattling bunch of other flaws after saying the car is "mint/excellent condition" they come with this low ball offer of 6,000 dollars I went to car Mac and sold it for 11,000! I will never buy a car from them again!

Successful businesses know "CUSTOMERS ARE FRAGILE".. I tried to buy a used BMW back in 1999 from BMW Vista, and the leftover-loser Salesman asked me for my budget, I told him about $15,000 - again that was back in 1999, good chunk of money for a used BMW. He mumbled some sarcastic comment, and said that does not get me much.. I left the BMW Vista dealership, and I never came back even after it exchanged hands.. I eventually but that money as down payment on a one-year old used 5 series BMW (through a professional salesman at Braman BMW, WPB.

This business took my car in for service, and I had a bowling bag with my ball and shoes inside, a value of $250.00 that was taken from my car. I tried for months to get these items replaced and have not received any calls back from management in service or general management. This is completely unacceptable treatment toward a loyal customer who has taken my car to this dealership for every service needed on the car since it was purchased in 2021. I will never return to this dealership or recommend service their ever again.

Hola Julio:
A message came up on my 2020 330i that said my coolant was low so I brought my car in to get it checked for leaks, then filled with coolant.
Michael Fine did his usual great job. Last time my window motor was broken, and he got it replaced.
So, he did his due diligence, as tires had wear and time was coming for maintenance, but I wanted to wait till August.
It was a nice touch to have a video sent to my phone, for service items, and to keep me apprised of progress. So thanks to your service guy for his great work.
Michael had a beautiful VW Tiguan for me to use, while I left my car to be serviced. It was very nice, but not a Bimmer, ha!
As Service Advisor, Michael is very personable, professional, and works hard to make his clients happy. He enjoys his craft and is a credit to Vista BMW, 5 star all the way.
In addition, your updates to the property are very welcome, as extra space was needed for service and parking. Looks great!
So, all good and I look forward to my next visit to Vista BMW Pompano Pompano Beach.

Dec 22, 2017Previous reviewMark Wright is my Service Advisor and he has always been only too willing to help me with a problem. A few months into my lease, a reading popped up saying I needed service. The computer had to be re-booted and Mark got me in and out quickly. This past week I stopped in for my first maintenance service, oil change, etc. Mark was waiting for me and took charge of getting the job done right. In addition, he introduced me to William Menéndez, BMW Genius. My Bluetooth was not working properly so William re-paired my vehicle's Bluetooth with my I phone. He did a super job and now it all works seamlessly. Great guys, like Mark and William, make it a pleasure to deal with Vista. They enjoy their work and it shows with terrific customer service, which is paramount for me. Vista can be very proud of them. Thanks so much!

I have bought or leased my last four BMWs from Vista BMW OF POMPANO Beach. I've used the same sales person for my last three interactions with this dealership. My experience has been excellent. Sam Benchsnnouf is great. He's responsive and has kept me in the loop at all times. I financed my first vehicle through my bank, but my last three vehicles have been financed through BMW financial services. I saw no difference in the way I was treated whether I financed through my bank or through BMW financial services.

I contacted this dealership hoping to purchase an M240 from them. There were several issues from the beginning.
For starters, the website listed, that the auto had the Performance Package when it did not. When I questioned this, the sales rep, Milano D,, stated that BMW was no longer offering the premium package on the M240 automobiles. This was a blatant lie.
The dealership was also charging a money factor that carried quite a hefty premium to the base money factor suggested by BMW. While dealers are allowed to exceed the base number, this dealership's factor was much higher than other dealerships that I spoke with.
He then proceeded to tell me that BMW USA was charging a $5,000 surcharge for every vehicle. He explicitly stated that this was not a fee charged by the dealership, but was coming from BMW national. A quick check revealed that this also was a lie.

new to FL. This is my second time at Vista for service. The first time it was ok. This time it's a fuck job without a kiss. My car needs repair, and I know it. It will be traded. They have had my car for 16 days and it's still not repaired. They have been sold, but that was never shared. Found it out from a competitor. After their lack of communication and what I feel is a scam job of a repair, I will purchase my next bmw at another franchise. Be ware.

Terrible dealership. I put in a request for a custom build online and was promptly contacted by the dealership and told that the car I wanted could be ordered and they even had one in stock I could test drive. I specifically asked again to ensure we were talking about the same car and was reassured they had it at the dealership. I was told to ask for Roberto upon arriving by the appointment setter. When I got there and asked for Roberto I was told he was not in that day and that the car I asked about was both not in stock and could not be ordered. Super frustrating experience. These guys will tell you anything to get you in the door and have heavy mark ups to boot. Steer clear
