Worked on my furnace after it wouldn't restart. Fixed everything and checked all parts and offered 90-day guarantee to come back for free if fails to start. Very experienced and professional. We have always used Family for over 25 years.

Had a "technician" came on Friday. We were going up north so our son stayed home from work to have the furnace repaired. We got home Saturday evening, to find the furnace is not repaired. It still hums and the blower isn't coming on. Which is exactly why I was having them come out. The "technician" told my son the hum was ok. IT'S NOT? Great job Family Heating, Cooling & Electrical. Now we have to wait until Monday, to call because they don't have a weekend number. Very, very, unhappy.

Update: In fairness they responded very quickly to this same comment on FB. I didn't have to call them, they called me first thing Monday. They sent a supervisor that made to proper repair.

Great job, they installed new AC unit. Very happy with service. Will be calling for future maintenance as needed. We had three estimates and went with middle price and liked the estimators attitude with answering all my questions.

I had a new furnace and AC installed in late July and yet, in February, am still having revisions and the process that follows done by Family Heating and Cooling.

I have FAILED two inspections and just had to call almost 2 months after my last revision to inquire about when my next inspection could be. Not including the two day installation in July, Family Heating and Cooling, or my city inspector, have been at my house every month.

To make it even more frustrating, both parties are unable to schedule a specific time, requiring I take off work or find someone to be present at the home for a significant portion vs the entire day for a total of 5 days, soon to be 6, in the past 6 months.

For the inconvenience, I requested a message be left with the manager on two separate occasions in January. Neither time were my messages returned. For as many recommendations as I hear about this company, I cannot fathom why.

During the biggest heat wave of the year to date, our air conditioner didn't work. I called this morning and their service person arrived within a couple of hours and solved the problem.
Their service exceeded my expectations. Thank you Family Heating & Cooling!

Last summer I had an issue with my air-conditioning unit they were able to come out within a day and take care of my issues. Then about two weeks ago my furnace stopped working and they were at the house within an hour and a half! I recommend this business.

Ron and Ali were professional and friendly. They were prompt and cleaned up behind themselves.

A service tech came out for an estimate on August 18. Today is September 23rd. I was supposed to have the estimate emailed to me. After a week I called. "He's been busy he'll get back with you". OK no problem. Two weeks goes by. I called back. "He's busy he'll call you back". Three weeks goes by. "he'll have to call you he's busy". And every week for FIVE WEEKS now. I call, they say "he'll call you back", I hear nothing,. Their ads say "They treat you like family". They must really hate their family!
