Cookie Cutter Pools

We had an in-ground pool installed at our home this past summer (30' x 10' rectangle). The planning leading up to the start of the project took some time but Cookie Cutters was very patient with us (even when we changed our mind on the overall shape of the pool). When the project finally started in mid March, the project went on until close to the end of June (about 3 1/2 months total). Every single person I spoke with from Cookie Cutters was friendly, thorough, and professional. If I had a random question pop into my head, all I had to do was call/email and they would respond very quickly (often in less than 24 hours). Knowing someone was there to answer questions was a huge stress relief. For someone that had never had a pool installed, I wanted a company that was readily available for questions and/or concerns. Cookie Cutters hit it out of the park with their customer service (thank you Lori, Lisa, and especially the Brandon duo).

As for the work itself, the pool came out fantastic. The pool looks beautiful, the system is not too complicated to use, and the option to go with saltwater over chlorine was a good choice. The hot summers are no longer miserable and the size is perfect for our yard.

Lastly, even after the pool work was completed, I would still call Cookie Cutters for one reason or another. They are always very patient and helpful. I couldn't ask for any better service.

If you are considering getting a pool, definitely get a quote from Cookie Cutters before you sign any contracts with other pool companies. Their prices are competitive and the work speaks for itself. Thank you very much for a great experience and a great pool.

We are happy with our Cookie Cutter pool that was completed in August. ~27'x15' with first 6' of cabo-shelf, salt chlorinator system, 2 led lights, 2 steps from shelf to shallow, and a bench in the deep end (depth is at 6'), pebble tech finish (blue lagoon? I think) Concrete decking with salt finish.
(We just had our landscaping around the pool completed by a local landscape architect. Not pictured is the baby barrier fence we had installed by golden state baby barrier, in black (removed to take these photos). Happy Swimming!

From start to finish this was a pleasure using this company. Felt very comfortable and trust moving forward at each step. I was probably not the best customer as I changed my mind several times but they were patient with me and made all my changes with no issue. During the project it felt like family and the customer service was top notch. Not only did they build a pool, but they have built 2 beautiful pools for my family! I love the fact they they do not want to up sale you on all of the "things". Richard is most concerned with getting you the pool that suits your lifestyle. Seriously you need to meet with him and have a discussion. I have and will continue to recommend this company.

The whole experience with Cookie Cutter Pools, from start to finish, was wonderful. Everyone involved with building the pool was friendly (with us and our dogs), and so professional. We have enjoyed many days in our pool this summer with family and friends.

We had the best experience with Richard. He was great to work with as was his team. We had no delays. I highly recommend this company. Everyone loves our pool And so do we. If you treat people with respect you will often get it back ;)

They have multiple bad reviews on BBB check them out, they did our pool and it's been leaking and they won't come out to fix it - horrible customer service non responsive and do not stick to their contract. They also have multiple lawsuits pending. Do not use cookie cutter pools.
