I relinquish all my rights of May 2023 to the property. I thought that this transaction will be a quick one,but this is not the case. Once they had possession of the property the phone calls stop.. I have left several emails and voice messages and no one has returned my call. I don't understand what is going on because this was a cash purchase property when I purchased it. I finally got in touch with someone in the month of June of 2023 and was told that the $5,000 that was held and escrow I will received once the property was sold. I was never given this information during the closing process sign paper. October 2023 property was sold and I am still waiting today January 19,2024. and know one has reached out to me up to this time. This has caused a financial hardship in my family and causes us to be homeless with no fix address.

While no one likes to see a poor review, we are thankful to ************** for bringing this issue to our attention. The sale did go through in May of 2023 and ************** received her funds except for a portion that was kept in escrow by the title company in order to complete the sale while waiting for final ********************* documents. Immediately after we received this review, we reached out to the title company we used for this sale, and they promptly sent the funds to **************. Very nice and friendly people to work with. Offered us a very fair price for our house which was sold as is. We settled earlier than originally expected. The process took about 20 minutes. Settlement was in the convenience of our home. Would definitely use this company again.Review from Mohammad R

I checked other companies who provide this type of service because the property being sold was located out of town. My decision to go with Express Homebuyers proved to be very rewarding. Chris B**** and his team was very professional and easy to work with. When I thought that the deal was not going to go through due to a last minute discovery, Chris acknowledged the problem and continued to move forward with the deal which only delayed the process for less than a month. My choice to go with Express Homebuyers was a good choice, especially since the property being sold was out of town.Express Homebuyers Response
