ecopark is the best parking value on JFK Blvd at Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). ecopark operates the largest and most environmentally friendly shuttle fleet at IAH. Shuttle service operates 24/7 to and from the terminals for your convenience. The ecopark lot can also accommodate oversized vehicles (maximum height 11'9") such as campers, large trucks, etc. The entrance for these vehicles is at the north gate located off JFK Boulevard's feeder road.

There are not enough buses picking up at the EccoPark lot and Terminals. I've waiting on both ends 20-30 min before getting picked up. It is especiall annoying when I return from a trip and have to wait in a LONGGGG like waiting for the shuttle bus. Other services have numerous buses coming and going and they don't have the massive long line to get on. Their lot is huge and it takes forever for one shuttle to drop off all the patrons. I am almost always the last to be dropped off. :(
This is the cheapest offsite parking I found but I will no longer be using Ecopark. It is not worth the frustration of waiting and minimal savings.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Randall S.Fairfield Village, Cypress, TX110Mar 8, 2024
Hopefully you don't lose something at this place. Impossible to get a hold of someone. Voicemail are full. If you do get ahold of someone they will forward your call back to the number that has a full voicemail. Even better the greeting in the voicemail is from the previous company not even eco park.
Tried to get to the office to see if someone had found my keys. Three buses, two golf charts and four employees watched me walk from the back lot to the office.
If I could give them no stars I would.Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Diana M.East Little York/Homestead, Houston, TX031Dec 29, 2023
Do not leave your vehicle here! After returning from the Thanksgiving break, I was unable to turn on my vehicle not even with a jumpstart. I had to return the next day with a tow truck and had it towed to the dealership. Ecopark made me pay the additional day and pay for the vehicle I entered with to guide the tow truck to my vehicle. The dealership informs me that my key fobs were erased and that typically happens when they attempt to steal your vehicle.
This facility is not secure and I recommend no one use it!
I recommend Fine parking, I never have issues with them and their shuttle service is way faster than Ecopark's.
Ecopark's shuttle service stresses me and if you're in a rush it'll stress you also.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jean Marc O.Scarsdale, NY016Apr 20, 2024

We waited a long time when we arrived-15-20 minutes. Last time we used Ecopark we waited for quite a while too. Bad call on us using it a second time.

I love taking my car to Eco park because I love driving my car home (sorry Uber). Actually, Uber is so expensive! That being said, Eco Park is friendly and will actually tell travelers who are using different transportation services. Pretty cool.
One thing about is all staff for Ecopark is they are so delightful and happy! That makes me feel so comfortable and at ease .
When you enter the bus you tell them you number and give your car number and they use it for you to you when get back you're not walking around like a zombie trying to find your car behind it would take a long time you until. I think the other service .
Lovely service.
That my bus service and I'm gonna stick beside it }:)Helpful 48Thanks 8Love this 34Oh no 0Apr 22, 2018Previous reviewI love Ecopark for it's absolute convenience. While it's best to get dropped off at the airport, I would rather drive and pay for parking because I usually leave super early and return super late. I like to squeeze every drop of fun from my vacation! The prices are very reasonable about $5 something for uncovered parking and $7 something for covered. Not bad, eh? Their shuttles pick you up from your parking area and give you a card with your parking spot number so that when you return you hand the card to the driver and he drops you off at your spot. When you leave you just pay at the machines. Nice!
I do wish they had more drivers during the busy hours. Also, if you return at midnight and take your vehicle then you are charged for the entire day. - Joyce L.Houston, TX01Apr 27, 2024
if you love standing around in a hot garage waiting on an Ecopark shuttle bus to take you to your car while numerous other parking shuttles come to pick up their customers, then this is the shuttle bus company for you. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!

They're only convenient that they're the closest parking company to the airport. However, they guarantee shuttles every 10 minutes but every single time I ride them from IAH I've had to wait 20 minutes on a weekday at a non-busy hour to at least 30 minutes when riding them in the evening. Ecopark 2 buses come a lot more frequent than Ecopark 1 so I'll probably start using the other one from now on or choose Park n Fly or Parking Spot options, which also seem to have a lot more frequent buses coming than Ecopark 1 does. Seems like they don't have enough drivers, buses, or both.

Not enough buses are picking up at the terminal. We had to wait through 4 buses trying to leave. Our driver didn't know where he was going and did not help with our luggage. It took us over an hour to get to our vehicle and leave at 10:00pm.

Horrible waits for Terminal B pickups. The mob grew to over 50. Would have called it a line, except it wasn't. Total free for all with people swarming arriving buses.
