I called a DIFFERENT plumber today at 8:30 AM. They said they would be here between two and six. I canceled my entire afternoon of work to sit there . at 4:45,They said they were canceling and I said you can't I absolutely need to have this fixed due to medical reasons for one of the people living in our home. They then said,someone would be here after 6 PM. after hours of waiting and multiple calls, to say the least they were rude at best. At 10 o'clock they told me the tech could still be coming, but he might not call me until midnight. And he could still cancel at midnight !

At this point, I called George Brazil! The woman that answered the phone was attentive , kind and understanding. she took extra notes for the Tech, so he would know what was going on with my specific situation and the medical issues Related to the plumbing issues . The tech called me within five minutes.!!!!! he said he would be there within the hour! After a day of stress and tears, I couldn't believe they're attentiveness . He was willing to come out within an hour, but at this point, I was exhausted. he was very understanding and referred me back to the scheduler tomorrow morning. I'll have to say, George Brazil your customer services is number one! I am so impressed! I look forward to working with you for years to come.

I work in healthcare and understand when people need help, they need help, the George Brazil company has that same understanding.

We have used George Brazil Plumbing and Electrical multiple times. We are in the process of selling our home and didn't realize we had a leak in our wall until the home inspection. Thankfully it wasn't serious, but George Brazil Plumbing and Electrical treated the situation with urgency and had someone come out right away. They got the job done, gave us fair pricing and our technician, Coy, was awesome. Definitely will be using them again and recommend them to anyone.

Cisco was the ultimate professional. Everything about him oozed quality. Many people complain about George Brazils prices, but you get what you pay for. This is the second time our family has used GB. Both times were excellent. The care and steps they take to make sure everything is perfect is beyond most companies.

On November 22 , Dave M. came and worked on my family home . He needed to fix the plumbing in the bathroom wall. He needed to replace old pipes in the wall of my house, but unfortunately, it was built in 1953 and is a block home. Dave had to break the block to replace the piping. He did a great job, and the job was done in a professional manner. We are very pleased with his work. Thank you for your hard work Dave.

Was quoted $3k to fix doorbell. What to say? This company hopefully goes bankrupt soon!

Your prices are outrageous and I'm not sure the guy even knew what he was doing. Had no clue how to remove the drain hose from the washer to the drain to move the washer.

Another unacceptable service. As a gold member, I get annual free electrical and plumbing inspections. I took fat off of work and used my vacation time, I scheduled a month in advance. The operator called at 11:30am and reminded me I was not forgotten. It's not 3:30pm, no calls and no one arrived to my house yet. I called and the operator told me it's too late in the day and the workers went home so I have to reschedule. I literally was not going to be notified if I didn't call? I've used this company for many repairs for over 10 years.

I couldn't be more happy with the repair & service I received from Joey with George Brazil Plumbing. I wanted a good company that would not treat a basic water temperature & low pressure issue as unimportant. Joey took his time & addressed every one of my concerns. He made sure he ticked all the boxes & that I understood what my issue was, how he would fix it & the pricing. I got exactly what I was looking for in quality of work & repair. Joey & the gentleman that was with him (sorry, forgot his name) were professional & knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised to see customer service is still alive & well at George Brazil. My experience was great & I won't hesitate to "call George" again if needed & request Joey. Thanks Joey & friend. 5 Stars from me.

Plumbers upcharge and actively price-gouge. A simple replacement of a sink faucet, they charged me $490 -- when typical charges for this service range from $175 to $225. Also quoted me $2,800 to add an outdoor spigot. Another plumber installed the spigot for $250. Was given ridiculous reasons why their prices are so high including a script for what their profit model is. And last, agree with other reviews that they prey on the elderly. No question.

Short Biopic and picture sent prior to appointment. Advance call ahead and approximate ETA . Reviewed service requested , gave recommendations and cost estimate. Electrical work done was efficient and professional. Ty was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them if I need any electrical needs in the future. Besides that BBB A+ is well deserved
