The parking garage near the celebrity constellation port was full. I found these guys waved me into their lot. They told me it was $60 to park and that they would pick me back up at the end of my cruise. Easy Peezy, they gave me a receipt, I called them upon my return, they picked me up and my car was exactly where I left it. Unfortunately I had a flat tire but they were very understanding, and even took me for a potty break while I was waiting for a tow.

Lot manager who took care of of me while waiting for a tow! He and his staff were awesome!

Got off the boat and called them like I was told to do when I dropped my car off. FIrst time I called went to voicemail which was full, 2nd time I finally got someone and was told to got to the parking garage where I would be picked up. Waited, waited and waited some more. Dude was rude and kept giving excuses of what was taking him so long. Meanwhile we are standing there watching other shulttles come back and forth 3 for 4 times. We ended up walking to the area to get our car, just to find out it wasn't where we parked it. So we still had to sit there and wait. Was so sad. Next time I cruise, I will never use these people again. NEVER!!

Last month we took our first cruise and saw a man with a sign on Channelside Dr saying Cruise parking. So not knowing any better we pulled in the gravel lot.The man said it would cost $60 cash and to give him the keys and that he would move it to a secure lot and to call this phone number when we returned and he would pick us up to get the car.We we got to the small dirt and high grass lot to get my White Mint Charger. It was covered in bird poop and thick dirt and had car damage later valued at over $1,300.So I called the company and spoke to Moses and he said he was not responsible for the damage and would not pay, saying it was my fault.I would not recommend using this company.Of course they denied wrong doing. The employees are Moses(Boss),Al(Parking Attendant),Eddie(Pick up Bus Driver),and unknown lady at the dirt lot with a wooden table who collects your money and gives you your keys.I would also suggest to complain to the Better Business Bureau 888-399-9267,Business Consumer Alliance- Consumer Complaint.

Reserved and paid for cruise parking with Mose over a year ago! When I returned from the cruise they had moved my pickup to a totally different lot. It was covered in thick dirt and has serious body damage to drivers side front end‼ stating this lot is "SECURE" is pure bullshat‼ it is not! You don't want to leave your vehicle in their possession.

We came back from our cruise and they were waiting for us in the van.
It was nice to see them so soon after arriving into Tampa.
Did a great job. Car looked good. Very respectful and helpful with the cruise passengers. And, did a great job of explaining the need to repark the car to ensure the safety of their customers to include making it much easier to exit the lot to our other destinations. It was a good experience Thanks.

      I WOULD NOT USE!
I use a lot of off site parking when traveling at airports, cruise ports, etc. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. They never sent me the address of the parking lot after paying and it was difficult to find. When you arrive, you have to leave your keys with the attendant while you are gone as they move your car around a lot while you are gone to "make room". When we got back, the shuttle was nowhere to be found and it was only a short walk back to the lot so we walked as we did not mind the exercise. The attended seemed offended that we did not use the shuttle and was rude about it.

The WORST PART was when I returned to my vehicle, it had a foul smell and there was someone's leftover breakfast in my passenger seat in a to-go container. I have no idea how long that was there, but it was smelly and disgusting. Definitely not worth the minimal savings as the place is dirty, people are unprofessional, and you have to leave your keys with them when they obviously have no regard for you property/car.

Convenient location, you will be parking on grass and not rocks which is great. Customer service is 100% amazing. No wait times for us at all.

I would definitely use 241 Car Services again if I take another cruise out of Tampa.

It cost me just under $50 to park my car for a 5 night cruise. I paid online, so there was no need to worry about cash. The people at the lot were super friendly and were pretty quick getting us from the lot to the cruise terminal. It's not the closest lot but it's only about a 2 minute shuttle ride to the port.

When we got back, the shuttle was waiting for us. Just walked up and they whisked us back to the car. When we got back to the lot, they had parked cars in front of mine which blocked me in. They got them moved in about 10 minutes though, so it wasn't a huge hassle. It's also worth noting that this is a dirt/gravel lot and my car was pretty filthy after sitting there for a week.

Overall, I'd say the few small inconveniences were definitely worth it for the price. It's about half the price of parking at the port.

Staff were friendly and price was good. However, I was too tired on the day of returning from the cruise to realize a cup of change(probably no more than few dollars) was gone and a broken watch that I've been wanting to take to repair also stolen.

Some would probably say that I shouldn't leave anything valuable in the vehicle. But NO ONE should be STEALING stuff out of my car!

      Cash only onsite.

Take a picture of your odometer before handing over your keys.

I filled my tank near the Subway right up the street because I was returning on Thanksgiving and gas is more expensive on holidays.

When I returned, my gas tank was 1/2 full. Of course they denied any wrong doing.
