I have receive wrong part number. I order lubrican oil for electric chain saw cistind $15.0 and they send me 2 oil tubs worth .10 cents.
Many efforts to contact the office were unsuccesfull.
There phone number listed is wrong as well.

I ordered the power cord unit for my hedge trimmer and just got a plug with raw wires on the other end. This is a fraudulent business and should be reported.

I ordered a light bulb for our clothes drier. The one they send (for $32) was the wrong wattage. I found the right one at Home Depot for $4. Now I'm going to try to get my money back. I'm not optimistic.

I know what company this is, but they just sent me a computer board instead of a plastic door rack for my refrigerator! They have nothing to do with each other and I'm stunned because I probably could sell this computer board in the community for quite a bit more money than what the price that I paid for the wreck! If you have reason to call them forget it. There's a disconnected number only. this doesn't look like a scam it looks like idiots are running the place.

Have received 3 incorrect parts from this warehouse. They continue to send me the wrong dryer rack even though they have received numerous research requests from the SEARS reps to check the bin and part before sending it. I am collecting dryer racks from this warehouse and will continue to do so until I receive the right one...on my 3rd now since september when this whole mess started.
