      I highly recommend Globe Parking when flying out of Pittsburgh. In fact- This review would be 4.5 stars if it were possible. Their parking system and transportation to the airport were flawless, and really convenient. The price was quite reasonable, and actually made it easier for a handicapped person than parking at the airport's lot. Globe drops you off and picks you up at the door of the terminal. *By the way, I had never flown from Pittsburgh before as I live closer to Cleveland, Ohio. This trip was a one-off occasion.
      Globe offers other services while your car is parked, such as oil changes, car washing, and more. That price was also reasonable, so I chose a car wash & paste wax while out of town for a week.
      However- When I returned, the front grille of the car was still covered in bugs, and the rocker panels were as dirty as when I left it. No manager was there at the time, so the person at Globe's desk gave me the number of the separate company that does the wash/wax jobs. Their owner said he didn't know what road conditions his worker drove through taking the car back to the Globe, but wanted me to send him pictures to confirm the problem. He said he'd probably offer me a discount on another wash & wax. Turns out that your vehicle gets driven a few miles off site for the wash. I had never been told about this, nor had I given permission for anyone to drive my car off the premises. Had I been asked, I'd have said NO. Hence, the deduction of one star. (**Attn Globe: NOBODY should take a car away without written consent of the owner. Consider the liabilities.)
      * I decided to call the manager at Globe, and talked with him. He was absolutely great, and in an instant offered to refund the cost of the wash & wax, after a sincere apology. I really appreciate that he took responsibility for the issue, even though the problem came from a subcontractor of Globe's. He was very professional and pleasant, and said that HE would deal with the auto detailer. For that reason I'm still willing to recommend Globe. Manager Will did the right thing without any arguments or excuses.
      If I ever fly out of Pittsburgh again, I will most definitely use Globe.
      - I won't do the car wash service again, though.

      We used Globe April 12th to the 18th. When we picked our Brand new 2024 dodge truck it at 930 pm. When we got it in we could smell something but didn't pay much attention since we had been traveling all day and had another couple wit us. The next day when we hot in the truck it smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and had ashes all over the arm of the door, down next to the door on the floor and all over the back seat!! We do not smoke!! This is a brand new truck wit only a few thousand miles. We have called several times with NO RETURN CALL. POOR POOR BUSINESS!! The lady my husband spoke to his first phone call there said we were not the first complaint. We have used them for 16 years with no problem. You think they would make this right to keep our business we will be looking for a new parking place. I am telling everyone I know about this. I have told everyone in the past to use them. NOT ANY MORE!!

      Keep an EYE on your luggage!
      Couple things you never considered, when the driver puts the luggage in the back of the van, Globe is not taking responsibility for it.
      We rode with them and two other couples. They unloaded our luggage and gave it to another party, at the second stop, they took off with it.

      When we got to our stop, the other party's luggage was there and ours was gone. When we checked their luggage for a name or number, there was nothing but junk in the suitcase.

      Beware, Globe will take ZERO responsibility for your possessions that are in their care.

      Drop off was fine. Pick up took a lot longer than expected. We get to our vehicle and it's caked with bird poop, tree sap and what looked like a soft drink spilled all over the side of my car. Husband went inside to inquire where our car was parked during our 6 day stay and the girl at the front desk could care less. I get the day to day rain/dirt but this was ridiculous. The hidden fees are also not worth the stay- paid $70 instead of the advertised $5ish a day which would have been $40 NOT $70. I would follow the other bad reviews on not stay here.

      I am a true Globe fan! I have been traveling throughout the pandemic for work. At first, I was parking at the airport. I don't like to do that normally, but at one point-the price was amazing. Well...the airport parking prices are back up with little to no shuttle service.
      We were traveling on a 5AM flight-yep you heard me right-5AM. Needed to be at the airport by 3:30AM at the latest. I did not want to walk through the airport parking lot at that time. So I thought I'd explore other options. GLOBE is it!
      I found them in the middle of the morning-and they were so pleasant and easy to deal with.
      From the front desk staff to the shuttle driver-our experience was terrific. Price was perfect and knowing that I can also get a car wash or an oil change while I'm away-that is the icing on the cake!
      This is my new favorite place and I'll be using them for my next trip!

      The parking lot is extremely difficult to find. I mentioned some additional signage would be helpful. When the buses are parked there, knowing where the entrance is located will be near impossible.

      Once you pull in, it's not clear where to go or where to park.

      The staff is either young and inexperienced working with the public and therefore come across as not caring, or older and just ride because of being jaded. I get it, everyone has a bad day, but my return to get my car was met with a driver who told me he never has problems finding the entrance. (Told is a nice term... he yelled at me!) Well, getting to this place once versus 100s of times a day is a very different story.

      I will not use them again. Other options with nicer staff and covered parking that's about the same distance to the airport. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different place.

      Poor Service, Argumentative Driver.
      Flight arrived at 1am; called Globe; they said go to Door 2.
      We waved the Globe bus down; Driver opened the door and said "You're at the wrong gate". We were told Door 2. He said "You're wrong it's Door 8." I said they said Door 2. He said "It's 8 you're wrong". He shut the doors and LEFT my wife and I there. We called and they admitted they said Door 2! Now my wife and I are the only ones at the terminal. We waited for another bus.
      When we arrived to pay, we advised we forgot the coupon. They still charged us full price; no discount, nothing for our troubles! We've been using Globe for over 20 years. They failed. We'll park at the Airport or a competitor next time.

      I left my car with Globe for 5 days. They offered add on services so I requested a car wash and vacuum. When I returned to my car none of the services had been provided. No one notified me that they weren't done, the just left my key in my car. I went into the office and asked why the services were not completed and they said "we didn't get a chance to get it done". This is so unprofessional and incredibly inconvenient.

      Employees were rude, driver (very nice guy) blasted heavy metal music that passengers complained about upon exiting. My car has never been dirtier than when I picked it up from Globe. I wanted to love it, but I can't.

      Parked here at the recommendation of my brother in law. Drop off was fine. But pick up was a disaster! Me and a large group of other people waited at the airport for over 45 min waiting for a van. When a van finally came, there was about 50+ people waiting. Obviously you can't fit all those people in a small van. So it took even longer to get back after a long day of flying. Eventually I called an Uber to get me to the lot. Called the next day to speak to manager and explained what happened. Never received a call back. This has now been a month. Park somewhere else unless you want to wait a super long time to get back!
