So I used to work there three years ago.They have the best service dept that I ever seen.I went there for an oil change and tire rotation.I was in and out in 55 minutes and had my truck washed too.Jon Port and JB are the best service advisors they treat you like your family ever time.Also wen I sit in the waiting area all I hear is how great the service dept is from customers like me.Also a great place to buy Automobiles from.

May 23, 2018Previous reviewI been going to this dealership for 8 years.It is the best dealership I've ever been to.The advisor chris was great he always let me know what was going on with my truck.My truck was done earlier then promised which made me happy.The Manager came by and ask how i was doing i think his name is Russ what a nice guy.He gave me his card and said if you ever have a problem call me. I TOLD HIM THIS IS THE BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I'VE EVER BEEN TO.THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF ME M/T.

Oct 9, 2017Previous reviewThis is the best of all the other dealerships.The service dept is second to none.There employees from the service advisor to the cashier Ashley and Rebecca to Rich and Scott in the parts dept to Russ Bestler the service manager they all do a great job.If your going to a other toyota dealership and dont like it you have to come to Maplewood Toyota they are the best of all the rest.

My neighborhood Toyota dealer. Bought many cars here, had our cars service here from oil change, filter change, new tires, tires rotation, batteries to brakes replacement and I even have my Lexus ES service here too. Place is clean. The staff are friendly, attentively, fast and reliable. I definitely recommend this place.

We brought our RAV4 in for service and asked them to replace one of the marker lights. They said they would, and they said they do a check on the entire vehicle as part of their service. They did not replace the marker light. If you bring your vehicle in for repair, be sure to emphasize your known issues, and when picking up your vehicle, be sure to check it over to be sure they've done what you've asked them to do. May or may not return for service here.

I came home today from purchasing a used truck from Maplewood Toyota. What a class act. From the second I walked in the door, Eugene greeted me and he never forgot my name. Impressive with how many people were present. Eugene guided me to a salesman named Ka, Ka NEVER offered any pressure and was always attentive and genuinely wanted me to leave with the right vehicle. Not just a sale. Financing was a breeze we had a little glitch but it was quickly remedied and we closed and left happy. Thank you Maplewood Toyota we will return! That new Highlander will be ordered soon. Ka get ready

We have a 2010 Rav4. So easy to work with. Friendly and willing to explain what has been done and any upcoming needed repairs. Regular maintenance is a breeze. I have had them transfer summer tires out with winter tires. Wiper replacements, oil changes, brakes and they replaced an O2 Sensor. They have earned my trust and will continue to use their service department.

Went for a tire repair, since I bought my tires there. Sure enough not repairable and need not 1 tire but 2 tires. So I went to visit them for an explanation......kinda made sense, but had some reservations. Got a quote for $440 out the door. My service advisor was on lunch, so I talked with another service person and showed my online coupons for an additional $40 off, so the total would be a bit over $400. Both service advisors agreed with that. Go to pickup the car and the bill is $440 and cashier said thats price and they don't discount tires. Back to the service advisors and this is the problem I have with Maplewood Toyota......they say one thing and always have a comeback. I got the quote and nothing was even said about the online coupons, why does not 1 but 2 service advisors say the total will be $400 and then tell me oh we already included that already......say one thing and come to expect less when paying. Maplewood Toyota sharpen up your training and get started me personality at the cashier level.

I recently purchased a new '22 RAV4 Adventure from this dealership and had a great experience. Bobby Higgins was my salesman and he was fantastic. Very friendly, never pushed me to buy anything I didn't want, great communication, and very knowledgeable. Overall a great experience and would recommend this dealership (and Bobby) to anyone looking to buy a Toyota!

I always go to them. They are the only car dealership you can get serviced at where they are completely honest with you and don't ever take advantage (even though it's obvious I know nothing about cars). For example, I went in convinced I needed to get new breaks and they said: "No, you have a ways to go". Recently I went in because my coolant was super low after getting it changed and was concerned of a costly coolant leak. "No, there was just an air pocket in the reservoir". They fixed it, topped it off and charged me $0.
Can't say good enough things about them!!! I've had many different service advisors there and they are all honest and good. The last two times I've had Nate Mcdaniels and he's awesome.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

My husbands Toyota Prius was having all sorts of trouble: the dashboard stopped lighting up & it felt like the battery had died even though we just swapped it out. Granted we drove this little thing all the way up from Texas and it was definitely not intended for an Mn winter but here we are! When we got there, even more issues arose when we couldn't turn the car off!! Everyone in the service department was so incredibly friendly, they assured us they could help and get us on our way. While we waited (enjoying ample Milano cookies btw), they came in to give us regular updates & was able to help get the Prius to turn off, replaced the hybrid battery (we only changed out the regular battery) and offered to keep the car overnight to figure out the dashboard issue. My husband was able to google some workarounds and so we decided we would just drive it home and behold he was able to troubleshoot the last problem. Such great service and communication, highly recommend!
