I was able to quickly find a spot and a courtesy vehicle was available within 5 minutes. He was very kind and helpful and his van was clean.

We had an OK experience at PreFlight Airport Parking. The facility is clean and safe and staff are very nice. But their lot has confusing signage and we had trouble finding the electric vehicle plugs. We had a better experience at Peachy.

I decided to continue using Preflight Parking because they are cheaper than other lots. After my review, I had no further negative experiences. I like that if you register for an account, you can earn points which can help you acquire free parking days. I only had an issue with pickup once from the international terminal where I had to wait about 30 minutes, but from what I've heard, other companies are worse.

Sep 22, 2022Previous reviewI have the worst experience with the shuttle drivers here. Shuttle drivers have hassled me to hurry up when I told them that I have no problem waiting for the next bus. Just today a driver made ME move my car because the car next to me parked over the line. Ridiculous things like this are the reason why I will use my remaining points for free days, and find another parking lot near the airport.

Safe and sound under a covered roof behind gates. Close the airport. I was able to pre-purchase my ticket online and scan the code to enter.

Only one shuttle bus running!!!!!!!
We made a reservation weeks ago and once we arrived was told by the a driver that her shuttle was full and we must wait until she returns from the airport. Really?!!!
I called and spoke with the manager Wendell. Wendell did not sound concerned or apologetic at all. He expressed at times only one shuttle runs.
It's Thanksgiving week, why are there not at least two shuttles running.
This will be the last time I park at Pre-Flight.
On a final note, it's not the drivers fault, she was so pleasant and did everything she could to pick us up as quickly as she could.

This is the most convenient way to get to airport. You don't have to wait on nobody to come pick you up on time or have you so late you miss your flight.

I can't speak for domestic flights but for international HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! They're supposed to have shuttles run every 30mins for international flights. I waited for an hour for 2 shuttles and none showed!!!!!! All the employees were clueless on the shuttles and were saying they run every 30 minutes and when the next one was SCHEDULED but none showed! I ended up getting an Uber and missing my flight!! Upon my return, there was no shuttle that pulled up until i was there an hour and by that time so many people accumulated and i had to miss that shuttle! I called literally 8x while waiting an hour and the call didn't go through (sent to voicemail) until the shuttle was conveniently at the terminal and they claimed they were sending another shuttle. If you value time and convenience, please choose elsewhere!

You are correct that the shuttle service to the International Terminal is supposed to run (from our covered parking area only) every thirty minutes at the top and bottom of the hour. When coming back, please call 404.767.8000 for the return shuttle service. Very safe secure facility. This is the second time I've used them. First time I was very hesitant/ unsure of what to expect. I was so happy with the experience. They pick you up right at your car, no wait. Take you directly to your terminal. Clean shuttle and very friendly employees. Getting back, the shuttle was right there waiting. Very good value.

This is for the international service. We arrived at the ATL airport and called as soon as we got our bags and headed towards the exit. "We'll be there in 20 minutes, said a woman who answered". Twenty Five minutes later, I called back asking if we missed the bus. "I didn't get a call. If you don't call me, it didn't happen", said the dispatcher. I stated we had called and spoke to a woman. He said if he didn't get the call, it didn't happen and said it would be 20 minutes more. I told him we had already waited long enough and he hung up on me.
When I confronted him (the manager) in person, he did apologize and then went on about having several issues. That's not customer service. We ended up having to take the international bus to domestic to get to the car. I think there's not enough passengers to spend the time and resources for this new service.
